LM12 80W Operational Amplifier
DescriptionThe LM12 is a power op amp capable of driving g25V at
g10A while operating from g30V supplies. The monolithic
IC can deliver 80W of sine wave power into a 4X load with
0.01% distortion. Power bandwidth is 60 kHz. Further, a
peak dissipation capability of 800W allows it to handle reactive
loads such as transducers, actuators or small motors
without derating. Important features include:

General Description
General Description
The LM10 series are monolithic linear ICs consisting of a precision reference, an adjustable reference buffer and an independent, high quality op amp. The unit can operate from a total supply voltage as low as 1.1V or as high as 40V, drawing only 270mA. A complementary
output stage swings within 15 mV of the supply terminals or will deliver g20 mA output current with g0.4V saturation. Reference output can be as low as 200 mV. DESCRIPTION
The IP140A / LM140 / IP7800A / IP7800 series of
3 terminal regulators is available with several fixed output
voltage making them useful in a wide range of applications.
The A suffix devices are fully specified at 1A,
provide 0.01% / V line regulation, 0.3% / A load regulation
and ±1% output voltage tolerance at room temperature.
Protection features include Safe Operating Area current
limiting and thermal shutdown.
